Vendor Registration form 4th Annual Holiday Market 2024

First applications receive priority locations and acceptance of type of items to be sold. Please fill out your vendor application online. Once your applications is approved, you will be notified and an invoice will be sent by email with the online payment information

There will be NO REFUNDS except in cases of emergency.

Handmade and/or homegrown items only. Reselling of items is strictly prohibited. The events committee reserves the right to refuse vendors ability to sell specific items – ANY items that may be deemed as not family friendly will not be permitted. POLITICALLY THEMED ITEMS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Set up will be on Friday, Nov 29 between the hours of 11am-5pm, or 6am to 7:30am on the morning of the event. Vendors must stay throughout the duration of the event. Vendors may not break down their booths prior to the end of the event. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

You understand that you will need to provide your own tables, chairs, equipment, etc and you will do all that you can to protect the gymnasium floor from damage incurred by your equipment.

I/We waive and release any and all claims against the sponsors of the Holiday Market from any and all damages, loss, or costs to person or property resulting either directly or indirectly from the use of said premises and shall hold harmless the sponsors from any and claims resulting there in.
