Thank you for your interest in the Depot Street Farmers Market. We are a membership organization comprised of local farmers and artisans. Eligible vendors must reside and produce items to be sold within a 50 mile radius of Greeneville TN.
– We have updated our Market Guidelines for the 2026 season, here: 2026 DSFM Market Guidelines
– We follow the Tennessee Food Freedom Act 2025 governing food safety and what items are allowed to be sold at farmers markets.
– Plant sellers must be inspected by the TN Department of Agriculture. Plant Certification License
– Egg sellers should follow the guidelines in this publication: Tennessee Egg Sales

– A copy of any current certifications or licenses required by TN State law pertaining to your products will be required.
