Sprinkle evenly over the chicken the Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper
Bake 15 minutes
Sauce
In a small saucepan place lemon lavender jelly, wine, and cream.
Simmer until mixture has reduced in half
Add butter and simmer an additional 10 minutes
Pour sauce over chicken and continue cooking chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Serve with a medley of sauteed summer squash.
