Massaged Kale Salad

Olive Oil

lemon juice

Instructions
Remove kale from the stem and chop
Place into medium sized bowl
Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
With clean hands massage mixture into kale for at least three minutes, or until kale is soft
Add carrots, onions, and honey.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
