Short Riblets

Ingredients

Short Riblets
From vendor Fairwind Farms

red wine
1/2
cup
fig infused balsamic vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine red wine, vinegar, salt, and pepper
Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to hot
Remove meat from marinade and place on grill racks
Brown meat.
Turn down heat or put meat over indirect heat
Bast meat with the leftover marinade every twenty minutes.
Cook until tender
Notes
Serve with fresh roasted local potatoes.
Save the bones for your dog.
