Massaged Kale Salad
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 2 cups Kale Chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots shredded
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp onions diced
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Remove kale from the stem and chop
- Place into medium sized bowl
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- With clean hands massage mixture into kale for at least three minutes, or until kale is soft
- Add carrots, onions, and honey.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
