Massaged Kale Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kale Chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrots shredded
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp onions diced
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Remove kale from the stem and chop
  • Place into medium sized bowl
  • Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  • With clean hands massage mixture into kale for at least three minutes, or until kale is soft
  • Add carrots, onions, and honey.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
