Short Riblets

A recipe showcasing the short riblets from Fairwind Farms.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Short Riblets From vendor Fairwind Farms
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup fig infused balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine red wine, vinegar, salt, and pepper
  • Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat grill to hot
  • Remove meat from marinade and place on grill racks
  • Brown meat.
  • Turn down heat or put meat over indirect heat
  • Bast meat with the leftover marinade every twenty minutes.
  • Cook until tender

Notes

Serve with fresh roasted local potatoes.
Save the bones for your dog.
