Short Riblets
A recipe showcasing the short riblets from Fairwind Farms.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Short Riblets From vendor Fairwind Farms
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup fig infused balsamic vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine red wine, vinegar, salt, and pepper
- Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to hot
- Remove meat from marinade and place on grill racks
- Brown meat.
- Turn down heat or put meat over indirect heat
- Bast meat with the leftover marinade every twenty minutes.
- Cook until tender
Notes
Serve with fresh roasted local potatoes.
Save the bones for your dog.
