Cheese and Sausage Breakfast Sliders

A delicious small breakfast sandwich with mostly from ingredients available at our market.

Ingredients

  • 1 each Dinner Rolls Available at our market from Bob the Baker
  • 1 2 oz Pork Sausage Available at our market from Pappion Pork
  • 1 each Egg Available at our market from several vendors
  • 1 slice Onion Available at our market from several vendors
  • 1 slice American cheese (or any preferred cheese)
  • 1 tsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cook sausage until thoroughly cooked, set aside
  • Cook sliced onion until tender, set aside
  • Mix egg with cream, cook until firm
  • Slice bun in half and place in a small baking dish. Place scrambled egg on the bottom half, followed with sausage, onion, and cheese. Place top of bun on next. Pour melted butter on top and place in oven until cheese is melted. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or a freshly squeezed orange juice.

Notes

You may also substitute the pork sausage with a 2 oz chicken sausage patty, available at our market from SLAP Farms
