Ingredients

ground black pepper

garlic
minced

tbsp
olive oil

cup
red wine
Instructions
In a medium bowl combine thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Add oxtails to mixture and coat evenly
Heat oil in a large saute pan, add seasoned oxtails and saute until browned on all sides
Add red wine, cover and cook until oxtails are tender, at least one hour.
Serve with buttered noodles and green beans
