Braised Oxtails

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Oxtails From Fairwind Farm
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup red wine
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Add oxtails to mixture and coat evenly
- Heat oil in a large saute pan, add seasoned oxtails and saute until browned on all sides
- Add red wine, cover and cook until oxtails are tender, at least one hour.
- Serve with buttered noodles and green beans
